Drawing on extensive research across the construction industry, GMV is using building techniques and off-site fabrication in some areas to endeavour to cut building time and costs, which is reducing construction waste and energy use by 50%.

By using water saving devices such as water efficient taps, showers, toilets, dishwashers and washing machines, GMV is aiming to cut water demand by up to 30%. So far, water consumption has been reduced by 20%.
