Greenwich Yacht Club, established in 1908, was relocated by the Homes and Communities Agency to the southern end of the peninsula in 1999. The club was given new, improved facilities, including excellent river access, a club bar with stunning river views, drying and deep water moorings, a large yard and workshops. Greenwich Yacht Club currently has over 400 members and is a social and educational hub, as well as the perfect place for boating enthusiasts.
