Development Overview

Greenwich Millennium Village is a model for urban living, successfully tackling the key issues of social cohesiveness, transport, ecology and innovation. The priority was to achieve holistic, long-term regeneration that has an impact far wider than the community itself and combines the achievements of the past with the latest innovative solutions.

Not only is GMV part of the largest regeneration project of its kind to be undertaken in London, it is a beautiful and practical place to live. It has everything a community needs to grow and thrive – excellent transport links, a school, a health centre, shops and leisure facilities, not to mention beautifully designed homes. Much thought has been put into producing an environment where priority is given to pedestrians and cyclists, not car-users as is often the case in contemporary developments.
