The construction of Greenwich Millennium Village is a major collaboration between many companies and individuals.

The site is being developed by Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd, a joint venture company created by Countryside Properties and Taylor Wimpey.

The Homes and Communities Agency, the national regeneration agency formerly known as English Partnerships, is entrusted with the responsibility of providing the infrastructure and essential services both within the Village and throughout the Peninsula.
